3 boxes, with monthly pick-ups (July, August, September) at the Clark Meat Lab. Second Friday of every month. Date may be subject to change.

• Each box would contain the following:

• Bacon x 2 (Pepper and/or original)

• Fresh sausage x 3 (Any variation of pork, chicken, lamb, beef or mixed sausages. Examples include bratwurst, Italian sausages, Thai-peanut chicken, breakfast sausages, etc)

• Snack sticks x 2 (Examples include teriyaki sticks, hot sticks, pepperoni sticks with cheese, etc)

• Cooked/smoked sausage x 2 (Examples include summer sausage, Cotto salami, jalapeno-cheese summer sausage, salami-finocchiona, jagerwurst, linguisa, etc)

• Retail cuts x 3 (Could be any variation of beef steak/roast, lamb chops/roasts, pork chops/roast, smoked pork chops, marinated pork tenderloin, ground beef/pork/lamb)

(Each share holds about a ~$294 value for the three boxes, so its a good deal!)
